BREAD

This episode marked the opening chapter of our collaboration with Michelin Guide Saudi Arabia and set the tone for the series as a whole. Filmed across Riyadh, Jeddah, and AlUla, it was an opportunity to work closely with Michelin inside three of its recognized restaurants and begin the series from the ground up.

A CELEBRATION OF CONNECTION

Bread was a natural starting point. Simple, essential, and shared across cultures, it provided a strong entry into the world of Saudi cuisine. Being embedded in these kitchens allowed us to observe the rhythm, discipline, and care that define each restaurant, and to translate that experience into film.

SETTING THE TONE

As the first episode, this chapter established the visual language and narrative approach for the series. It grounded the project in craft and process, creating a foundation that later episodes could build on while staying true to the spirit of Michelin and the kitchens it celebrates.
